BBQ time! Let's continue our Eid al-Adha series with this super kebabs. Fast to cook, easy to eat, rich with flavors and tasteless. Try this recipe and let me know what you think!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams (1 pound) boneless lamb meat
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1 garlic clove, grated
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
6 small tomatoes
DIRECTIONS:
1- Cut the meat into cubes.
2- In a bowl, combine the ingredients: Cumin, paprika, ground coriander, chilli powder, salt, garlic, olive oil. Add water and mix
3- Add the meat, coat it with the marinade, and cover the bowl with a plastic wrap.
4- Place the bowl in the fridge and let it marinate for 1 hour.
5- Now cut the vegetables: using a knife, slice off the top of the pepper, slice off the seeds and innards, Slice off strips lengthwise then Line up the strips and slice across. Cut the tomatoes in half.
6- Take the meat and vegetables and thread them in an order onto skewers. Each skewers should have about 5-6 pieces.
7- Put your grilling pan on a medium-high heat, and grill the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes on each side until the meat is cooked.
8- Serve immediately with a side of salt and cumin and bread.
