You can use any type of rice you'd like, but watch for cooking time, which may differ.
You'll need:
2 cups of rice (Basmati rice preferred)
2.5 cups of water
Tsp salt
Tsp Yemeni spice mix (hawaij)
2 cloves
2 cardamom
Cinnamon stick
Packet of Sazon
Tbsp oil
