For this recipe here's what you'll need::
2 cups semolina
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 cup ghee, Samn, or melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups coconut flakes
For the syrup::
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Half lemon
1 tablespoon rose or orange blossom water
