SAUDI FOOD WITH EMAN
SOUP INGREDIENTS
400G CHICKEN
3 CARDAMON PODS
1/2 TSP SALT
5 TBSP OIL
1/2 CUP MACARONI RICE
1/4 FLOUR
LEMON
RECIPE
1) ADD POT ON HIGH HEAT ADD CHIKEN, ONE LITER WATER, CARDAMON PODS, SAND SALT. COOK FOR 30 MINUTES.
2) IN A SEPERATE POT, ADD 5 TBSP OIL, ADD HALF THE MACARONI. MIط TILL LIGHT BROWN. ONCE BROWN, ADD THE FLOUR AND MIX WELL.
3) ADD THE STRAINED CHIKEN STOCK, AND THE REMAINING MACARONI. COOK FOR 20 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.
4) IF TOO THICK, ADD A BIT OF WATER.
5) SERVE WITH LEMON.
