Muqasqas means "cut up" and this this is a type of yemeni ka'ak which is cut up into small pieces with scissors.

2 cups flour
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. black seeds
1/4-1/3 cup water (enough to make a soft dough)
