I'm explaining the meaning of the word "INTIFADA" which is very much usedin the western Media, but is usually connotated to bad meanings or situations. "Intifada" is just one of the many Arabic words used in a wrong way by foreign Newspapers and TV shows nowadyas, That's why I - as an Arabic teacher- feel I must dedicate a lesson on teaching the real meanings of such words used incorrectly and eventually change your conception of a whole population and thus create more hatred and distance between people. We are here to learn, to openour minds, and to build bridges between ourselves. Language is a real Bridgebuilder!
