Even cargo is a social enterprise that employs women from poor communities and trains them for employment opportunities with major e-commerce companies.
By choosing to work as a delivery girl, Rinki has joined women trying to break the gender barrier.
She finds herself on the road to economic independence.
The company has trained more than 100 women.
Except Yogesh, all employees in even cargo are women.
The start-up works with companies that specialise in women’s apparel and accessories.
