FREAKY (FREEKEH) One of the most popular Palestinian dishes and one of my all time favourite top 10 dishes from home!

So easy to make, you just really need to get your hands on some real tasy Freekeh (a grain food made from a type of green (= not ripe) wheat that has been cooked in fire and broken up into smaller pieces). I’m sure you can find it!
