A native of Toronto, Canada, Elissa has been contributing to the dance music scene for over 12 years. Her talents have led her to tour the world in places such as Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Vancouver, California, Miami, New York and Europe. She has been featured on over 100 dance compilations internationally released by Universal Music, Sony Music and top dance labels.

Elissa turned heads in North America with her first single “Show Me How You Love Me”. She enjoyed her first taste of radio success across Canada and the United States. In 1996, this pop dance track bubbled under the Billboard Hot 100 singles and radio chart.

In 1999 she released her first massive single titled “Bailando”. It was one of the most requested songs on radio. It charted on both the National CHR and Dance Charts and has still been a club favourite worldwide putting Elissa on the map as a recording artist.

Elissa’s next release “Mamboleo” was a Top 20 hit on National CHR Charts and debut as the #6 top selling single in Canada in late 1999. “Mamobleo’s” release earned Elissa a heavy rotation ad on Kiss 98.5 FM Buffalo across the border from her hometown of Toronto and made its way to becoming an international success. “Mamboleo” earned her two Canadian Music Radio Award nominations for “Best New Solo Artist” and “Best Rhythmic/R&B Artist”.

Her greatest achievement for the year 2000 was holding the #1 position with her single “Back To Me” on Toronto’s Hit Music Station Z103.5 FM Freestyle Frenzy program. She also received great support and heavy weekend rotation on the “Johnny Budz Mix Show” on WKTU 103.5 FM in New York. “Back To Me” started charting in other countries and became a #1 hit on Brazilian dance and radio charts.

George Lamond (born George Garcia, February 25, 1967, Washington, D.C., USA), sometimes styled George Lamond, is an American freestyle music and salsa music singer.

Lamond has released seven albums (five via Sony Music) between 1989-2014. Best known for his 1989 #25 Billboard debut, "Bad of the Heart", and his #1 salsa smash, "Que Te Vas" (which spawned an RIAA-certified Gold album). He also had a 2008 Top 5 radio hit, "Don’t Stop Believing".

In recent news 2016 Mr Lamond will be singing the Anthem @ the knicks game..Congrats
