The mind has habit of always wandering aimlessly about the past and future events but rarely do we connect with the present moments. So I hope that you will dedicate at least 12 minuets of your time to reconnect with the present moment. Bring your attention to the music and just listen and if you can, let go of all the worries about the past and future. Allow yourself to come back to the breath and the music whenever thoughts arise about the past and the future.
